Totally recommend for a whistle-stop

Comfortable room, clean kitchenette, with a lovely atmosphere and an excellent breakfast selection made for a delightful stay. also, the onsite parking was a fantastic convenience, and we appreciated being able to explore the city and catch the last steam train back to the racecourse.

I had a great stay for one night, enjoying a delicious breakfast and the friendly staff while being only a short stroll away from beautiful pittville park and the interesting cheltenham town hall, which made my weekend explorations so much easier. the spacious double studio apartment was perfect for my family's needs, but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Our stay at the studio was fantastic! The spaciousness allowed our family, including babies, to move around easily, and we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to Pittville Park. The bed was cozy and made for great nights of sleep.

My wife says that a few more family-friendly amenities would have been great.

The location was peaceful, providing a great respite from busy streets, and the available onsite parking was a significant convenience. the experience was marred by a disorganized reservation process that left my family feeling uncomfortable, compounded by the receptionist's unprofessional demeanor. A lack of effective customer service greatly overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay.

The kettle and bathroom bin were outdated and in need of replacement. The toilet seat was loose—definitely not what you'd expect for a comfortable stay. Limited parking spaces at the hotel made it a bit tricky to find a spot, especially during peak times. Some areas, like the carpets, showed clear signs of wear and tear, indicating a need for maintenance.
